27 Sep 09 - Firewalk done!!! An excellent experience and certainly something to tick off the 'life to do' list. Between AVM Marketing and Chrysalis health and well being a total of £318.42 was raised for Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland.

6 Aug 09 - AVM is proud to announce its very own Andy Verner will be taking part in a new launch "Wise Startup" event being held in Dundee with local business people in order to give local new starts a one stop shop for all their advice and guidance.
Wise Startup is an event for everyone who either intends to set up their own business or has just started one. Six specialists in fields of marketing, HR, web design, insurance, accounting and IT will cover most of the problems budding entrepreneurs come across when starting up.
The event is organised by people who run their own businesses and have expertise in their field. All topics are prepared to present problems and solutions from the startup perspective. As this is a startup event the attendance fee is only £10 and will also include a networking session for the attendee's to make new contacts. 4 Aug 09 - Ever feel like gettin through the recession is like walking over hot coals; every step burns but if you just keep going you'll make it through? Well, AVM have decided to take that metaphor and make it literal. Andy Verner will be doing a sponsored FIREWALK for charity in Dundee's Broughty Ferry Green on 26 September.
Andy will be walking barefoot over 3 metres of red hot coals at over 650 degrees celcius!! As if thats not enough...he'll be doing it TWICE! This is in aid to raise funds and awareness for Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland (CHSS)
- Coronary heart disease is Scotland's biggest killer.
- Stroke is the main cause of disability in the community.
- Chest illnesses of various kinds are the biggest single reason people use the health service.
